All prices on BD Atomy are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment methods include mobile banking, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery (where available).
We use secure third-party payment gateways. BD Atomy does not store your full card details.

You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting our customer service.

If payment is made but the item is out of stock or unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver products across Bangladesh. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control. BD Atomy is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or political issues.

7. Return and Refund Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement within 3 days of delivery with un edited raw proven video. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Certain products (e.g., opened cosmetics or supplements) may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Refunds are processed within 30 working days after product inspection. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on BD Atomy—including logos, images, text, product descriptions, and design—is the intellectual property of BD Atomy or its partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
